>We all remember the action scenes on the 787 overpass back in April; it was movie-magic right in our own back yard. Star sightings of Angelina Jolie became the talk of the town. Well, similar scenes will be playing out again later this month.
Funny man Will Ferrell and actor Mark Wahlberg star in the law enforcement spoof called “The Other Guys”. Fans told FOX23 News they hope to catch a glimpse of the stars.
It’s unclear if the two stars will be in town. We do know, shooting begins later this month right in downtown. Business owners on Pearl Street are eagerly anticpating it.
Columbia Pictures told FOX23 News shooting will begin in Albany on September 23.
There will an open casting call for extras this Saturday, September 12 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel from 9am to 8pm.
Make sure to bring a recent photo of yourself.
The casting director said they are trying to re-create New York City neighborhoods and will be looking for extras to create that general activity.<

Vanity Fair’s annual “New Establishment” list, highlighting the most influential people in society and pop culture was released Friday, with some of RadarOnline.com’s favorites garnering coveted spots on it.
Humanitarian A-listers Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie took the 8th spot–the only actors (or global superstars for that matter) to qualify in the top ten alongside Wall Street tycoons and politicians.
